💳 Payment Options 2 Methods

We offer two flexible payment options to suit every customer.

UPI / Prepaid

Pay securely via any UPI app — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, or direct bank transfer. Prepaid orders receive an additional discount.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay when your order arrives. A ₹200 commitment deposit is required upfront via UPI to confirm your COD order. This deposit is fully adjusted in your final bill — you pay the remaining amount in cash at delivery.

COD Deposit Note: The ₹200 deposit is non-refundable if the order is refused at delivery without a valid reason. This protects against fraudulent orders and ensures serious buyers only.

We ship to every pin code across India, completely free of charge.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days from dispatch. Dispatch happens within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

Shipping Partner Delays

Courier delays due to weather, regional issues, or logistics disruptions are beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you updated.

Free Pan-India Shipping on all orders. No minimum order value required. Every order is dispatched in secure padded packaging with tracking.

🔁 Return Policy 24-Hour Window

We stand behind the quality of every timepiece we ship. Here is our return policy.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.

Change of Mind Return

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, you may do so within 24 hours of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Return Conditions (all must be met):

✓ Original box must be intact and included
✓ All original tags and plastics must be present
✓ Watch must be unused — no signs of wear
✗ Watches with scratches, dents, or any physical damage are not eligible for return or exchange

Unboxing video required for all claims. Record an unboxing video before opening the seal. Without a video, no return or damage claim will be accepted.

💰 Refund Policy 2–4 Working Days

Approved refunds are processed promptly after inspection.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 2–4 working days after the returned item passes inspection. Refunds are issued via UPI to the original payment account.

🛠 Warranty 6 Months

Every Sayr watch comes with a 6-month manufacturer warranty covering machine and movement defects.

What's Covered

Machine defects — issues with the movement, timekeeping mechanism, or manufacturing faults that affect normal function under regular use conditions.

What's Not Covered

Physical damage — scratches, dents, cracks, water damage beyond stated resistance, battery replacement, strap wear, or damage caused by misuse or accidents.

Video proof required for warranty claims. All warranty claims must be supported by a video clearly showing the defect. Claims without video evidence will not be processed.

❌ Cancellation 3-Hour Window

Orders can be cancelled within a limited window after placement.

Before Dispatch

Cancellations must be requested within 3 hours of order placement. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order details.

After Dispatch

Cancellations are not permitted once the order has been dispatched. If you no longer want the item after dispatch, please use our return policy.

📍 Address Responsibility

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct before confirming your order.

Incorrect Address

If an order is returned or requires re-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping charges will apply. Always double-check your pin code and house number before placing your order.

🎥 Unboxing Video Requirement Mandatory

An unboxing video is required for all damage and warranty claims.

How to Record

Start recording before opening the sealed package. The video must show the sealed parcel, the unboxing process, and clearly show any damage or issue. The video must be continuous — no cuts.

No video = No claim. Without an unboxing video, we are unable to process any damage, wrong item, or warranty claim. This policy protects both our customers and our business from disputes.

Tip: Record in good lighting so the package seal, product condition, and any damage are clearly visible. Keep the video until your order is completely settled.
